1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WorkoutWala (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
3. Payments and Refunds
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay. Pricing varies by subscription tier and is displayed on our pricing page. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Multiple subscription tiers are available: Free, Starter, Pro, and Elite.
- Free tier includes limited weekly workout generations at no cost.
- Paid tiers unlock unlimited generation, history tracking, PDF export, and coaching features.
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
- Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without written permission.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, and design elements of WorkoutWala are owned by WorkoutWala and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal training purposes.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. WorkoutWala does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Workout-generated content is for informational purposes and does not constitute medical or professional coaching advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkoutWala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
